  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang to create marinade.
  2. Add sliced beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
