- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 50g granulated sugar
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut bread rolls into 6-8 sections without slicing all the way through.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fill bread sections with cream cheese mixture.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, condensed milk, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the bread.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle parsley.
- Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
