- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- French fries, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot with French fries.
