- 500g cheese-filled tortellini
- 300g thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced beef steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Season with smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the mixture. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
