Crispy chicken strips stuffed with melted mozzarella for a delicious, cheesy bite.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each chicken breast into strips.
- Make a small slit in each strip and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each strip in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear strips for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure stuffed chicken strips before frying.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain cheese.
