- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Place lemon slices and thyme sprigs on top of the fillets.
- Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Serve immediately.
