Description
A refreshing and light lemon berry trifle that’s perfect for any occasion, featuring layers of lemon curd, whipped cream, and fresh berries.

- 1 cup Lemon Curd
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 2 cups Ladyfingers or Pound Cake, cubed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or glass bowl, layer half of the cubed ladyfingers or pound cake at the bottom.
- Spread half of the lemon curd over the cake layer, followed by half of the whipped cream.
- Add a layer of fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with additional berries and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a more intense lemon flavor, you can add lemon zest to the whipped cream.
- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorites, such as raspberries or blackberries.
