Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Season salmon with lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  5. Add salmon to the baking sheet with potatoes. Roast for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
