Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade. Coat well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Serve with vegetables or rice.
- Can be baked instead of grilled at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
