Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, and egg.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
