Ingredients

- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add asparagus and salmon fillets to the tray.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over salmon and arrange lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
