- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken fillets with lemon juice, then press them into the cheese mixture to cover evenly.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Replace breadcrumbs with almond flour for a low-carb option.
