  • 1 cup grated pecorino cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix pecorino, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
