Ingredients

- 10 large lemons, washed
- 1 liter of vodka
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 cups of water
Instructions
- Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
- Place the peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks.
- After 2 weeks, heat the water and dissolve the sugar in it.
- Let the syrup cool, then mix it with the vodka mixture.
- Strain the lemoncello into bottles.
- Seal the bottles and refrigerate.
