- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and black beans to the beef. Stir until combined.
- On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips, then add the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with jalapenos, avocado, and salsa.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
