Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water.
- Pour brownie batter into cupcake liners.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture onto brownie batter.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
