- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
- On a baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly.
- Top the chips with cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and add sour cream and green onions on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Customize toppings as desired.
- Use shredded chicken or turkey for a different flavor.
- Make it vegetarian by omitting the meat.
