Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly in a large oven-safe pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
- Top with black beans, corn, and diced red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
- Serve immediately.
