Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (10 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly in a large oven-safe pan.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
  4. Top with black beans, corn, and diced red onion.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
