Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour and salt, then mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until deeply golden.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
