Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Lettuce leaves (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of each hot dog bun with melted butter.
  3. Place the buns in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the buns from the skillet and fill each with the lobster mixture.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with lettuce leaves if desired.
