- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the center.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the tails.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.

- Check the lobster for doneness; it should be opaque.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
