A delicious and easy recipe for lobster tail.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with extra lemon butter on the side.

- You can grill the lobster tails instead of baking.
