Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  8. Serve hot with extra lemon butter on the side.
