Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Cut the top of the lobster shells down the center.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Remove and let rest before serving.
