Description
A simple and delicious lobster tail recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shells down the center.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove and let rest before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the lobster tails.
- Serve with additional melted butter if desired.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
