- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired.
