- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster tail shell down the middle.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails under the broiler for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
