- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
