- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the butter.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
- Serve with extra melted butter if desired.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, marinate the lobster in the butter mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the lobster tails.
