- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
