- 1 head Cauliflower Mac and Cheese (Cauliflower, steamed and chopped)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter (Melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and melted butter.
- Mix until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
