- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Add in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, cooked sausage or bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
