Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the steak and serve with shrimp, drizzled with the Parmesan sauce.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
