Description

A delicious low-carb meal featuring juicy steak and succulent shrimp topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Slice the steak and serve with shrimp, drizzled with the Parmesan sauce.
