Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
