- 1 cup silken tofu, drained
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your guilt-free chocolate mousse!

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
