These crispy mac and cheese balls are the perfect appetizer or snack, combining gooey cheese with a crunchy exterior.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
