Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Extra matcha powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the heavy cream until just boiling.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  5. Add matcha powder and butter, mix well.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
