- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- Toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, matcha powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt (if using).
- Stir until well combined and the matcha is fully dissolved.
- Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a bit more milk if desired for a creamier consistency.
