Ingredients
- Oats – 2 cups
- Milk or almond milk – 2 cups
- Greek yogurt – 1 cup
- Chia seeds – 1/4 cup
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Fruits (berries, banana) – 2 cups
- Nuts (almonds, walnuts) – 1 cup
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, and chia seeds in a bowl.
- Add honey and stir well.
- Layer yogurt at the bottom of jars.
- Add the oat mixture on top of yogurt.
- Top with fruits and nuts.
- Seal jars and refrigerate overnight.
