Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add the broccoli and bell peppers around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Let it cool, then slice the chicken.
- Serve with brown rice.
