Ingredients
- Chicken breasts – 2 lbs
- Brown rice – 4 cups
- Broccoli – 4 cups
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Once cooked, slice chicken and portion it out with rice and broccoli.
- Store in airtight containers for the week.
