Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add diced grilled chicken to the pan.
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Divide the rice and chicken mixture into meal prep containers.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
