A simple and flavorful baked cod dish inspired by Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat cod fillets dry and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cherry tomatoes or olives to the baking dish.
- Serve with quinoa or roasted vegetables.
- Fresh herbs like dill or thyme can be substituted.
