Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Handful of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat cod fillets dry and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
