Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and rub minced garlic over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top and scatter olives if using.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
