Ingredients

- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or sea bass) – 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub minced garlic over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices on top and scatter olives if using.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
