Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup stuffed grape leaves
  • 1/2 lb sliced cured meats (salami, prosciutto, or chorizo)
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp dried oregano for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange olives, feta, hummus, and tzatziki in small bowls on a large serving board.
  2. Place cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and stuffed grape leaves around the bowls.
  3. Fold or roll the cured meats and arrange them on the board.
  4. Add toasted baguette slices around the edges.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and other ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano on top for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately with small plates and forks.
