Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed olives (kalamata and green)
- 1/2 lb feta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup stuffed grape leaves
- 1/2 lb sliced cured meats (salami, prosciutto, or chorizo)
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1 tsp dried oregano for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange olives, feta, hummus, and tzatziki in small bowls on a large serving board.
- Place cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and stuffed grape leaves around the bowls.
- Fold or roll the cured meats and arrange them on the board.
- Add toasted baguette slices around the edges.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and other ingredients.
- Sprinkle dried oregano on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately with small plates and forks.

- Add other Mediterranean dips like baba ganoush if desired.
