- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice to make tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita bread in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Fill pita with chicken, tzatziki, onion, tomato, and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
