Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
  3. Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice to make tzatziki sauce.
  4. Warm pita bread in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Fill pita with chicken, tzatziki, onion, tomato, and parsley.
  6. Serve immediately.
