Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully done, about 8-10 minutes.
- Mix grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and dill to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita breads briefly in a skillet or oven.
- Assemble gyros by filling pitas with cooked chicken and topping with tzatziki sauce.
