A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken with Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Grill, bake, or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Works well with chicken thighs or drumsticks too.
