- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread hummus evenly on each wrap.
- Place the chicken mixture on the wraps.
- Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half.
