Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
