Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
- Thread shrimp and tomatoes onto skewers.
