Ingredients
Scale

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 cups BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Cook for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, mix the BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar and warm it over low heat.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce, flipping them every 10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a sweeter BBQ sauce, add honey or brown sugar to the sauce mixture.
- Feel free to adjust the spice levels based on your preference.
- These ribs can also be cooked in the oven if grilling isn’t an option.
