These pulled pork sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd on Memorial Day! Tender, flavorful pork served on soft buns with a tangy coleslaw.


Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder or butt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.
  2. Place pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
  3. Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix in barbecue sauce.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. To serve, place a generous amount of pulled pork on each slider bun, top with coleslaw, and serve immediately.
