These pulled pork sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd on Memorial Day! Tender, flavorful pork served on soft buns with a tangy coleslaw.

- 4 pounds pork shoulder or butt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.
- Place pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix in barbecue sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- To serve, place a generous amount of pulled pork on each slider bun, top with coleslaw, and serve immediately.
Notes
- This recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
